Fire Extinguishers: Foam


  • A Class AB fire extinguisher may be used for fire prevention as well as extinguishing a fire. The extinguisher can be used to put down a blanket of foam over a non-flowing spillage of a flammable liquid in order to prevent ignition.
  • Suitable for items such as wood, paper, cardboard and flammable liquids.
  • Not suitable for fires which involve electricity, flammable gasses, metal fires and cooking oils.
